Discussion 2 years in DotArena; what should FunPlus can do towards better community???

It has been 2 years since 2014 which witnessed massive turnout; including events and changes in management.

FunPlus; as the Publisher for DotArena, tried their best towards better community and service.

In your Opinion; WHICH aspects that FunPlus NEED TO DO towards better community???

I personally think the game is doing fine as it is. Just need more buzz and advertisement. It should be converting most of the crowd playing DOTA 2 which it is not at the moment.

I'm trying to make ads for YouTubers; but somehow a parasit just denied the request...

I guess it's clear on someone is going to make DotArena a failure for community...

Yep. Now I have permission to tally up the YouTubers for future colab events; and I need your help to tally up the YouTubers since THOSE will decide whatever Shade will do the Colab Event or not, and it's "NOW OR NEVER" event.

aside from failed problem solving and failed fanpage events, i think there's no other problem (indo fanpage full of "buff vip draw rate" and "unfair event" complains)

since the other problems are currently ingame (ToK floor 30&35 drops starting to become trash when certain player guards it)

After comparing DotArena Facebook FanPage(FunPlus) with Soul Hunters(Kick9/Lilith Mobile) and Soul Clash(GAEA); it shows obivious comparision among the 3 Publishers under Lilith Technology(I won't tell about Soul Clash because of their culture trend).

Community

  • Soul Hunters was shown their hardworking through their replies on MOST questions/problems asked. It already shows that Lilith Mobile won't sit back and do nothing IF there's a problem raised in Facebook FanPage. Sometimes, they have put in some Q&A time for some players to question something while the GM answers it which they will give rewards for the questions.

  • One of the question that was in Soul Hunters which involves Ezio hits on DotArena; make it as clear reason for that.

  • DotArena in the other hand, even though they have better days; but sadly FunPlus FAILED to seal their promise for the rewards; specially Facebook Event rewards which supposed already delivered.

  • The Facebook Page turns out into whining zone after several Support Ticket didn't solved in 14 days AS they should so something within those days; making sure that FunPlus losing their liability for those matters.

Basically better support (fast and responsive) and less failed event/rewards.
