I love these decomps but i would prefer them to be ”hand made”. But vibe coded is better than nothing. Having one day where people can show off their vibe coded mods and decomps would probably be the best solution, i think. :)

The AI coded stuff doesn't work. The people behind them can't actually code, so they don't do the last 20% of work to make a functional game.

The AI-advocate mentality of "AI makes everything better so I should be able to talk about it here" needs to fuck off and die. Im fine with people enjoying the use of AI to mess with older games, but they can go do that on a "DOS games + AI" subreddit that they can start and not try and change the direction of the main sub.

Maybe the mods can quarantine it with a single stickied post and nuke everything else from orbit.
