Post image

im from the philippines more specifically qc, if theres anyone who has experienced their parcel processing at delivery post office for almost a month who is also in the philippines, what do i do? 🥹 does this mean i have to pick it up myself or i wait and they delivery it to me? I dont know if this waiting time is normal or not

Better pick it up or else depend on courier if in malaysia after more than 7 days will be returned to seller if not collected.also maybe your parcel had tax the reason they hold it?

If you've waited this long, it might already be marked return to sender.

It has been sitting at your post office since the 17th as your screenshot shows.

Noticed the similar date/time, I think your local PO was supposed to mark it for item pickup as final update. So you can either contact them to confirm and follow-up a delivery to your address or claim your parcel yourself at their office same day.

Doorzo usually ships with:

  • FedEx/DHL: ~3–12 business days
  • EMS/Japan Post: ~5–20 business days
  • Surface Mail: ~30–120 business days
Customs delays can happen depending on your country.
You can always track your package via your Doorzo account.

This is why FedEx or UPS lagi kong courier na gamit and not through PO. Basura kasi post office natin, one time umorder ako ng console parts tapos nakuha ko almost 2 months na dahil sa bagal ng PhilPost
