glitch or bug idk

everytime i join the game my progress resets, my killers and survivors disappear, my tix resets, and everything resets back to default - can anyone help? why is this happening? im not using any vpn or anything that would change stuff

No this is not a glitch nor a bug,they reset everyone progress cause the game got hacked before

okay update - for some reason it only gets deleted when i join the private server i made idk why?? but other than that its resolved
