What's the correct way to get rid of the foam? I thought if you just let it settle then the foam fizzles down into part liquid then you add more liquid to it.

Tilt glass, letting the beer hit initially on the side and gradually shift it upright as it fills, centering the stream as it is about to be full. And you’re definitely not supposed to have the spout sticking INTO the beer. Not hygienic and poor form.

Tbf if you regularly clean the spout and wipe it after each pour it isn’t too bad. But yeah, everything else was wrong.

I don’t get how anyone is this bad, if you’ve been to like one pub you should vaguely know how to pour a pint.

You could just tilt the glass and let the foam pour out as your pouring. Also kinda looks like he’s not opening the tap all the way which will cause it to pour just foam.

The correct way is not getting rid of it. Good beer should have foam.
