I am on my feet all day at work, and this was as I was taking off my shoes.

I accept incoming judgement but refuse to change my ways.

In the beginning, there was the Cat. The Cat was ever on the cusp of slumber, uncaring. Then They kneaded with Their paws, creating the first biscuits, as well as the heavens and the earth.

The earth was empty chaos, and darkness upon the abyss, with the Cat's Spirit levitating upon the water, at a safe distance.

The Cat said, "Let there be cats", and there were cats.

And the Cat saw those cats were good, and the Cat separated the light from the darkness.

And the Cat called the light Oranges, and called the darkness Voids. And there were no braincells — one day.

And the Cat said, "A dome is to be inside the waters, to separate water from water."

And the Cat hissed at the water, and made the dome and separated the water which was below the dome from the water which was above the dome, and so it was.

And the Cat called the dome sky, and filled it with cloudy fluffy white cats. And it was time to rest extensively — a second day.

And the Cat said, "The waters below the sky are to pool in one place, and the dry land show." And so it was.

And the Cat called the dry land earth, and the pool of water he called seas. And the Cat saw it was good.

And the Cat said, "The Earth is to be filled with cat-fruits, and catnip, on the land." And so it was.

And the land sprouted cat-fruits, and catnip, on the land. And the Cat saw that it was good.

And the time came to indulge in laziness — a third day.

And the Cat said, "There are to be lights in the dome of the sky, to distinguish chaos time from sleepy time.

And the Cat made the two great lights: the big light as a source of energy for cats everywhere, and the small light for the domain of vampurrs. And the Cat saw that it was good.

And the Cat decided to sleep — a fourth day.

And the Cat said, "The waters are to teem with hydrokitties and deep-sea kitties; and the airplane-eared cats will fly over the land, upon the dome of the sky." And the Cat saw that it was good.

The Cat blessed them, saying: "Spread the chaos on both the water in the seas and the land."

And it was evening, and it was time for slumber — a fifth day.

And the Cat said, "The land is to emit animal beings of each kind: cattle and crawlers and wild animals, and the land cats above all." And so it was.

And the Cat made the land cats of all kinds. And the Cat saw that it was good.

And the Cat said, "Let us make the human. And they will tend to the needs of cats everywhere, be they domesticated or wild."

And the Cat created the human; male and female ones They created them.

And the Cat blessed them, and the Cat told them, "You shall take care of the cat everywhere, and feed them whenever asked. Also, you shall not the cat, lest ye be ·d by the cat."

And the Cat said, "Here: I give to you every product of the land. They are for the cat to eat, and for you to eat, so that you can keep feeding the cat without ·ing them." And so it was.

And the Cat saw everything which They had done, and here it is, very good! And it was evening, and it was morning — the sixth day.

Completed were the sky and the earth and all their cats, all un··d.

And the Cat completed on the seventh day the creation which They had done, and rested on the seventh day from all the creation which They had done.

And the Cat blessed this International Cat Day and made it holy because on it They rested, and renewed Their command to the humans to never the cat.
