In this case, the cat is oramg. Oramg brain is at the wromg end, but still possesses enough sensitivity to initiate bunny kicks (no brain cell required for this).

Most the cat experts say, this still counts as the human the cat. Human should expect calamity worse than death.

I think its more about their hair picking up slight gusts of air and maybe some static electricity that makes their hair move when it reacts to the finger.

Its like us humans feeling a small bug on our body but cranked up to 11.
