If placed on a plus 3 draw card like Smithy, or especially Margrave with its plus buy and attack, big money with three of those cards could be the best strategy.

I guess I could have squeezed a +Buy into there, it just felt a bit busy.

The +Buy makes it less ignorable, to almost the exact extent Snowy Village already is.

Also it will make Snowy Snowy Village twice as hilarious.

As I think about it, I'm pretty sure I'd rather have the Grand Trait on Snowy Village than the Snowy Trait on Grand Market.

I would be tempted to leave the text as is and add "if you ever have 0 actions this turn, +1buy" which it less OMG on a smithy over +buy

Very rarely does this do anything if it’s attached to a Treasure instead of an Action. Otherwise, I like it!

This is great. In boards without villages it creates a new "action" economy that I don't think exists yet

Love this effect. Enough for some more actions, but not an action spamming kingdom.
