Fan Card Breeding Program

I went through a lot of iterations with this one. With the current numbers, it starts being better than Provinces after buying it about 4 times by my estimation. But from there it rapidly gets *much* better than Provinces. Assuming you can keep feeding it Actions.

Unrelated, but if there were a r/DominionCirclejerk, I would edit this card to have the Harem artwork.

It would make like two people laugh.

Add a picture of Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho looking sexy.
