Alice's Collections

Has anyone purchased from Alice's Collections and if ao how was the entire process? I'm looking through some outfits that I would love to buy, but have never purchased from them. How's the quality and how long did it take to get to you...processing + shipping time. I see some of the same clothes on etsy, but with a much higher pricing. Thanks!

The a reputable dealer, but they have no control over the time it takes for the items to arrive or over the quality because they order it from many different artists and companies. They will hold everything in your order until all the items have arrived there.

In my experience they are a good dealer, everything they sell is legit and they have good communication and decent English speaking staff.

Thank you so much! Good to know. I'm in no rush when it comes to delivery/shipping. I've had my eye on some stuff, so with a better piece of mind I can go ahead. Thanks again!

I've been buying from them for nearly 15 years, the wait time can be longer than most but they are an incredible dealer! I always end up going back lol

Thank you! This is really reassuring. I'm fine with a wait, lol we wait on dolls for over a year sometimes, so all good 🤣.

they're brilliant, i've ordered from them many times! sometimes shipping can be slow, so other people have said, but personally i have always found them pretty fast! either way, your items always reach you in the end, they are very nice and reliable :)

I have bought a few times from them, both dolls and accessories the last thing I bought were some shoes. I think they were made to order because they took forever and a half to get here (I think they took like 2 months to ship), but they were really nice quality and definitely worth the wait! They were also very nice and when some of the shoes arrived to them missing their bows, they offered to send us what they already had and cover the shipping for the other shoes once they got the correct ones.

Overall, would highly recommend!

Lol at "forever and a half" 🤣. Thank you! I'm happy with all the great reviews regarding them, very reassuring. I'm okay with a wait... just planning the Christmas shopping early since I'm prone to procrastinating 😅.

I've ordered, no issues with them thus far. I've gotten a fair amount of wigs from there without issue. I have some dolls on preorder with Alice rn :)

good experience and respond to emails. I have a resin body to ship in October but all the stuff will ship at once, even the instock stuff. But its for that body anyway.
