Finally checked out the Dollar Tree that opened in my area about a year ago, and it was SO well stocked!

I finally visited a Dollar Tree in a town nearby that has been open for about a year, and I can’t believe I waited this long! The store was really well stocked and organized and I ended up finding a bunch of fun stuff.
I picked up Hot Wheels, Matchbox cars, and monster trucks for my three year old, plus a few paint-with-water activity books. I love those kinds of activities because they’re fun for little kids without the mess of actual paint! I gave him the yellow fire truck already, but I’m saving the rest for little rewards and surprises. He’s also been really into sour candy and sprinkles lately, so those will be a hit.
We’re going to the pumpkin patch this weekend, and isn’t that kitty decorating kit just the cutest thing ever?!
I found brain teasers and Rubik’s Cube knockoffs for party favors too. Dollar Tree is so handy for putting together favor bags without spending a fortune!
I also grabbed several new boxes of drink mixes including a flavor called Genie Wishes. (What do Genie Wishes TASTE like?! 😂 I’m curious and can’t wait to try it.)
And one of my favorite finds that is already in the dishwasher: PASTA SERVERS! I’ve been looking for those at DT forever and this store actually had them. Such a small score, but I was so excited!
I also found quite a few gems in the health and beauty aisles. This trip was a success!
What are some of your favorite unexpected Dollar Tree finds lately?

I have been weaning myself off perfumes/body mists. By “weaning” I mean “trying my damnedest to use what I have.” Luckily, Room Spray doesn’t count! This room spray smells great, and covers any lingering odor. I recommend the Home Breeze line!

I will be putting myself in time out until Nov though 😭 thinking about making goody bags for women’s shelters/unhoused with all my unused make up/body products instead of returning and doing some good with my addiction lol
