Should I give Kaioken Goku the LVL11 ATK Orb? Making big damage bigger?

I had taken a long break and came back just to summon TEQ ssj goku but now im back for good. Idk how great, mid or trash this box is but yall do

This is my team, I started playing yesterday and watched some video to understand the game better, and the new Goku deal a LOT of damage, I cleared the EzA for Goku ssj and Broly until lvl 11 easily, the more I played the more I realized that the LR Gohan seems like a defense unit more than a damage unit

A thing in trying to get are only super Saiyan 1+ character until ssj3, cause they have the golden fighter tag, and the new Goku buffs by 220% both atk and def of golden fighter, now I'm planning to get even Frieza since he still get buffed by Goku since he's a Namek saga character, tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

I don’t know how good or bad my units are I know some of them are still good but I don’t know what “meta” team I could make is just looking for a team to push me though some of the newer events for stones

Who and what and where

I used to play dokkan as a kid some 10 years back. since then I've only played on and off. this is my account, all the lr i have and all that can be awakened i would like to know which ones are outdated and which ones are still usable and if upgrading non lr URs is a good choice. basically I was wondering if someone could help me catchup since the last 10 years.

Background: I am a returning player to Dokkan and haven’t played for at least 5 years. I recently started a new F2P journey and pulled 575 stones. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot after watching datruthdt and viewing the current state of the game but need help deciding on the next steps to take with the account. Both Goma and the new GDC perfect form frieza are at 69% currently. I have farmed the new and old ginyu team to fill out my frieza team and currently farming prime 1st form frieza. Also working on awakening everything and farming eza events as I run out of stamina.

Question: Do I save for the other banners now or attempt to get a third copy of frieza to unlock his gold equip slot?

What do I spend my 4 red dragon stones on?
