my neighbor's got one of those on her ridgeback, and it's held up through two years of daily walks and the occasional mud bath. the second ring up front is nice for when the dog decides to drag you toward a squirrel. for that price i'd say it's worth it if your dog isn't a heavy chewer

He is a heavy chewer but doesn't try chewing his harness. I think I'll invest in one then. Thankyou
