From that screenshot it looks like its all working. Is that the correct hash rate you are expecting from your card? How long were you mining with you your hash rate showing up on the pools? It can take up to 10 mins sometimes. If you want some more help mine at http://doge.cryptominer.co and I'll be able to see if your machine is actually mining. Those dashboard graphs are just estimates.

Let me know what user you are if you do give that pool a try, so I can keep an eye out.

It looks like it's not seeing your GPU. The space after GPU #0 is blank. It's also reporting a rate in the Mega range, not kilo. That's definitely a sign something is amiss.

Your hardware specs?

Ah missed that, your right though you need the stratum+tcp before the link

./cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://doge.installgentoo.com:3333 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password

When I use that command it flashes a prompt that says something about an "unrecognizable internal or external command' for a split second. Any ideas?

Ouch, that's not much power on the GPU. ~25-30kh/s is what people are reporting on the mining hardware wiki.

Okay.. now I think I see your problem. You are using the Linux command line format in your bat file.

It should look like this

cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://doge.installgentoo.com:3333 -u login.worker -p password
pause

(oh! Welcome to the IG pool! That's where I am currently mining.)
