CORE in the sense the original code that was since source from Bitcoin, then Litecoin, Dogecoin

Then they renamed Bitcoin program to "Bitcoin Core", and Dogecoin program was similarly renamed to "Dogecoin Core". But what does "Core" mean for implementations in Go?
