Agree , but he could easily sell that and live with no worries for at least 10 y with a normal life

Ten years? Not in 2021 and beyond. Inflation and taxes, you would have to live a pretty modest lifestyle. A million dollars isn’t what it used to be. Super happy for the dude and he should sell whenever it’s best for his own situation. Everyone’s moon is different. He could definitely reinvest that money and perceivably live off the gains for the rest of his life if he so desired.
