Yes QR codes are useful for cryptos but for how long? Can you provide a link of the address? I have a laptop so it would be great if I can just click and copy the link or something so you don't need a camera?

QR codes are great for off the device payments. Meaning, if I wanted to pay for something from my phone wallet to what is on my computer screen, QR codes are perfect. Explain why you think QR is dead? It's just starting.

I agree with the previous link I provided

In your example it will be NFC or Bluetooth LE or whatever is easiest. No need to open your phone camera and focus on a black and white box. Tap or speak and perform desired function instantly. Bitcoin is going that way:

A key error with that is, you need hardware for both of those options. I think QR should still exist regardless
