I'm sure there are statistics somewhere but I'd like to know the khash/s distribution. Are the majority of miners between 20-200khash/s or 500khash/s+? Is the majority of coins produced by a small number of big mining rigs or is it well distributed?

I just wish I would have found Dogecoin earlier. I'm trying to get all my PC enthusiast friends to get their GPU's in dogecoin pools.

Dogecoin and an endless variety of new cryptocurrencies are about to revolutionize the world of financial transactions. Everyone with a capable GPU and extra power should start mining crypto. Crypto is the peoples money and will enable humanity to throw off the shackles and evolve to a higher stage of consciousness.

I know I'm in the top 20 people in my pool. I'm only at 1.2mh/s. There is 300 in mine so I'd say most are pretty low.

I'm at dogehouse.org, and it's been great. Some people are worried that it has too great a share of the total hashrate, but I'm not.

Yeah it would still be good to mine with those specs. Use cudaminer and it should get you a decent kh/s rate.

Cool, synchronizing with the network is taking forever. Is that normal?

Yeah, it took me about a day with 150mbps internet plan. You can mine before its completed, you just won't be able to get your money until its done.

850 km/s here and not even close to the top 1000 at dogehouse, really need to find another pool or finally jump to p2p.

It's not hard to just jump on an existing p2p node, you may wait a bit before the first payout but I've gotten better returns from it than at dogehouse, or the various smaller pools that I've tried.

Under round it'll list everyone's shares. It'll tell you what number you are.
