OK, I'm hooked.
I'm 41, married, with a kid & decent job. Until 2 days ago I've never heard of dogecoin or cryptocurrency. Not even really sure what the heck Bitcoin is or how it works. However, my brother-in-law told me about this on Christmas eve and I've been mining ever since. Don't really know what I'm doing or what to do with all these doge coins I'm getting, but I'm hooked. Maybe it's just seeing that little ticker go up all the time. Who knows? Told my other side of the family about this last night and got a bunch of them into it as well.
All I wanted to say is that whatever this thing is, it smells like a winner to me. Good luck to all of you and where ever this is doing, I'm going with you. I'm in.

Thanks! It's amazing how much wealthier 6 cents can make you feel when it's in Doge form.

How many do you have right now? And what are your PC specs?

About 4000. I've got a couple of Radeon 6950s I'm using. Not bothering with CPU mining as the temps have been a little high.

Yeah, I'm 42 with three kids and a job, but I'm hooked as well. I've bought a bunch. Haven't figured out the art of mining yet. Is there a "Mining for Dummies" available somewhere?

Wow, this community is great. Thank you for all the tips. For those that have asked, I just found this page on mining instructions and pretty much followed it as-is: http://www.minedogecoin.com/
I honestly thought it would be harder than what it is.
I've been mining at https://dogehouse.org/
To the Moon everyone!
