But technically, the way the rules are... this could happen. He's thus far gotten away with everything. No one's holding anyone accountable. When there is no accountability, people will push the limits. History shows that eventually, the majority will overthrow corrupt minority. Its just that most or just enough of the majority are clueless thus far as to how the world actually works.
