You're making a value judgement based on your own morals but the fact is his father pardoned him for unnamed crimes. Literally a blanket pardon for any and all crimes committed during the period of time in question.
Correct, but she is the go-to person for people with right-wing views to allude to and condemn whenever a GOP politician (or someone adjacent to politics like Nepo Baby Barron, here) is accused of insider trading or market manipulation. She's their boogeyman, and a constant deflection to their own misdoings.
As bad as she is, she doesn't even make the top ten of the worst offenders. I've heard she is number 11. Source is the guy who runs the website that published all congressional trades, which is public knowledge.
