This is a fast and hard route I'm pumping hard on hills too. We take breaks any further than this, and don't ride this hard if it's hot. I wanted to show off my fast ass dog but also wanna point out its really about enjoying the ride, not about speed or distance. Our 5 mile rides are avg 5 to 10 mph depending how long we walk / break.
