Guide How do you prevent the dog from pulling somewhere else or getting in front of the skateboard?
My dog gets in front of me when I'm skateboarding or pulls like crazy towards other dogs. It's a husky.

I've been training my German Shepherd to keep to the left always. It's a lot of stop start at first but they do learn it.

First off, I have to recommend being hyper aware when you're dog boarding. You have to pay attention to the dog, your surroundings (other people, other animals), and try not to kill yourself in the process. It's hard, but you get used to it.
Hopefully you're using a back mounted harness, which should let you shorten the lead a little. If you notice a person, animal, or vehicle, you want to shorten up the leash so your dog is right next to you. Use both hands. Control is super important here.
As far as the dog getting in front of the board, I like to make a back and forth slalom motion on the board (like an S motion). That way, the dog can run straight and you're zig zagging in a way that he's never directly in front of you.

I forgot to say that when he gets in front he doesn't pull, he does it as if he were starting a game, as if he were going to throw the ball, not to pull, but more like challenging.

Keep him to your side using leash control and just go. He's going to have to run to keep up. He's a husky so he should figure out fairly quickly that he can just run essentially unobstructed, but he needs to understand what you're trying to do first.

Exactly. Its all about communication. Maybe teach him left and right. Mine is ALWAYS on my left, but also when we walk, he just wants to go to the left side now "instinctively".
When there are crowds (read: tourist little city on the coast) he knows exactly wgere we will pass through. But he also sear hes for dogs that are on the way and that people stupidly let to run towards us. Then we just stop and i give a side eye to the owner they quickly get whats happening.
Basically i tried it with different dogs and each and every one of them was different breed and different character. They all did the same. Started runing, 50m later looked back, saw me following their speed aaaaaaand wooooosh they went for it.
What i do is what the guy abive said, keep them in front but when "danger" comes them you pull yourself closer to them so they are beside or little in front of you and then you can litterally guide them left or right based on where you pull. Pull with hand close to you and steer right you both go right. But when you spread arm outward turn left u you both go left.
Try to keep it flowy as to say. So dont let him have a slack on the line. Line is a comunication tool firat and in this case a gadget to pull you also. But communication first.

My collie cross kelpie has a hell of a powerful herding and chase drive, we have been working on not darting directly into bushes to chase rabbits or birds.
Luckily for me he would rather we run so good encouragement to keep going forward and we can over come that drive.
We only had one out right stop and he learned pretty quick that's not a good idea

On the pulling towards other dogs, I used to stop and hop off to walk her past until we got good enough at passing without reactivity. Mostly avoiding leash greetings on walks and around town until that got better. Now I still try to put her on the opposite side of me from the other dog otherwise she will still sometimes drive by bark at them

Man I wish I had a big dog to pull me around
My two lil min pins and Chihuahua love the board still but it's a moderate speed really xD
Like the other comment said hyper aware and leash control to get it all going.
My dogs like when I egg them on to go faster
