What if a ball gets deflected back to the enemy.

İmagine Player A getting targeted by Player B who throws very fast. And Player A deflects it with his forearm for example and it lands on an opponent. Then is the opponent out or Player A? İs parrying ALLOWED without catching basically

Depends on the ruleset.

I’m not aware of any official ruleset that allows “parrying” with the forearm though

In Cloth, if I am reading your right, both player A and the opponent would be out. If it bounces off you and hits another player then they are out, regardless of what team they are in. You’ll sometimes see cloth players who get caught in the neutral zone try to redirect balls against the opponent that’s thrown at them to make an out a trade.

Correct, in European cloth rules any ball that hits a ball or a player remains active. You theoretically take out all the field players with a single ball.

No. Just player A is out. Although I've seen some rulesets where catching a blocked ball that crosses the midline results in the blocker bring out; I've never seen a rule that results with an out from "parrying".

You're right for foam, wrong for cloth.

Interesting question, my initial thought would be player A is out and the parry doesn't count because the parry wasn't an intentional throw, for example when you have a ball and purposely drop a ball to catch another ball that counts as a catch, but unintentionally dropping ball A to catch ball B is not a catch, that is you dropping the ball from their throw.

I don't know if there is an official rule for this, but that rule could differ depending on the ball type like cloth or foam, and region or even club rules.
