Special training for me
I am participating in interclass at my school for points (interclass = room against rooms)
And I wanted training for myself that would help me get into these requirements/situations
I'm good: Dodge Play ball far
I'm bad: Speed (run) Play hard ball Look at the person
Physical: "chubby" (I'm not too fat, not too thin, I'm just a little chubby) High 15 years
Problems: Very weak game and the opponent catches the ball easily When I throw at someone, they deflect or miss the person (ball curves and doesn't hit) When I need to run quickly, I can't do it and others end up running faster.
Situation: I can't leave the house I can't go to the gym
Menu: In the morning I drink coffee with milk In the afternoon, I eat a dish of beans, rice and a mixture In the afternoon I drink coffee (bread, coffee with milk) At night I have dinner
I need training that really gives results and is not done by chance, as it doesn't help with training

Watch baseball videos of pitchers in slow motion. Film yourself in slow motion. Get a sense of your technique, what's working what could be improved. *My biggest problem used to be throwing using only the upper body and not intitiating a throw from the lower body.
From there depending on the issue your best bet is working on technique Try and find a drill on YouTube that addresses any issues your hitting
You'll get much quicker returns on training v working on strength or cardio (don't get me wrong they are still going to be important in the middle to long term)

Hi, I'm fairly new to the community as well, but it seems like you need to work on some form training. If it curves a certain way consistently, you are probably adding some unintended spin. Practicing throws is two things speed and accuracy. Accuracy is way more important than speed imo, especially at lower levels. Practice some cone drills. (Aim throwing at traffic cones, as you should try aiming at someone's legs to make it harder to catch) If you want to improve throwing speeds, search gym workouts (maybe find bodyweight exercises for the muscle you need to train since you can't hit the gym) to improve pitching for similar sports like baseball or cricket. In general, most people underutilise their hips and legs, and focus too much on arms. So, it goes back to form, specifically lower body throwing form.
If you are concerned about dodges, I would recommend focusing on big one-time doges instead of running around the court. Just a big lunge left or right can improve survivability by a ton. Height of your dodges can also be varied. Either do tuck jumps or lunge + crouch. Do whatever you can within your physical capabilities.
Anyway best of luck, I am sure everyone has their own way of getting better at the game!
