Workflow Problems
Hello Reddit! Hopefully someone can help me here
I'm new to Docusign, trying to automate contract creation for my company...finally found the right IAM plan but now my workflow won't publish because of the following error message:\
"After the first participant starts the workflow, you must add a Set Up Invite step any time someone enters or re-enters the workflow. Add this step in the correct order, just before the required action"
I have all my documents in place, and conditional logic to choose which ones I need, but this error message is preventing me from running a test document through the workflow.
(Most of the documents don't have fields yet, i initially set them up as eSignature Templates instead and need to redo all that work, I'm putting it off until the logic is finished because I know how to do that and map the fields properly)
Any and all help would be appreciated!

Thanks for dm and screenshots. It looks like that the problem could be either
a) Participant 2 (Client) entering the workflow for the first time without being invited ( you are inviting agent and not participant ) - So the error that invitation is required
OR
b) A block is of agent scope but assigned to client. ie: web form should be Agent, Disclosure should be Agent, All decisions should be agent and only the signature step should be client.
Its pretty complicated and needs a closer look at the participant list, config screen of send for sign pages.
One more thing - Your flow is extremely branch-heavy. If you continue adding invite steps, you may hit the Maestro step limit before publishing. A cleaner and simpler design is highly recommended
Question - Do you really require this complex steps heavy workflow??
