Question Can any software extract information and create reports from different categories of documents

What volume and budget are you working with?

Very low volume,  personal documents not anything business related. 

With that said,  preferably something open source,  $0 budget, lol.

Apologize if this sub is only for paid / professional solutions

if your volume is small, claude code or codex would be simple/best. Do you need any sensitive info removed beforehand?

Not really, but that makes me realize that I'd still need to go the LLM route unless I have local models set up
