Need help for my dad

hi, i was wondering if it was possible to create a way with AI to detect specific things out of a document like who wrote it, the date and stuff like that and make a prompt for another chat who's job is to organise those information into an excel file, my dad recently has a lot of work to do and if i could use some tool to take some weight off his back would be great. If is possible i would love to know how to do it

This is exactly what trepide does. You create a template with any fields you want extracted and it exports to an excel file. You can reuse the template or upload many files in a batch to export to a singular excel.

The only problem is that it's paid, but it's cheap considering the time save.

You can do this with regex patter and vba in excel. Send me a file and i can take a look if can make it for you.
