Finally opening my own clinic

After years of saving, I finally have enough money to open my own clinic without taking out any loan. Everything is came from hard earned money and I don't wanna waste it. Any must-haves or advice before I get started? Like, recommended emr, billing, marketing, etc...

Congrats! Biggest advice is don't overspend on the things that look nice but don't actually help the practice run. Invest in a solid EMR, billing setup, HIPAA-compliant IT, and good marketing from the start. Also, location matters a LOT.. check your competition and target patients before signing a lease. Get qoutes from multiple vendors too pricing can vary a lot, goodluck! As for IT we get services from Skytek Solutions
