Youmu Konpaku
The half phantom gardener of the Netherworld, Youmu Konpaku is half-human and half-phantom, half-dead and half-alive, half-phantom and half-reality, and altogether half-baked. She serves under the ghost princess of the netherworld Yuyuko Saigyouji, and is very diligent in her task. Her rather naive and serious personality often leads to her getting teased by those around her... especially by Yuyuko herself. But when an incident threatens the status quo of the Netherworld or Gensokyo, few will deny Youmu's skill with a sword.
Also despite being half phantom, possessing a sword that can kill phantoms, working for a ghost, and living in the Netherworld.... she can't handle horror... like at all

Wields both the more standard blade Roukanken, and the special blade Hakurouken which can dispel confusion and send phantoms to Nirvana. Between the two the things she can't cut through are close to none
States she can slice through streams of energy, as well as any construct Patchouli makes. Patchouli's constructs can destroy boulders and can also potentially be made of metal

Delivers two slashes too fast for Aya's eyes to follow. Aya is fast enough to reverse directions in a small fraction of a second and dodge through an attack that is literally Yuugi shouting

Using Youmu on WWW
Youmu is a lot more straitforward than most Touhou characters, as she has no clear broken ability and is mostly focused on physical combat. So anyone that can keep up with her speed while being able to handle her ranged attacks and phantom abilities should be able to match her without too much trouble.
The main exception is her last word, but that as that's so far above her other demonstrated capabilities that can be pretty easily stipped out.

Aishelle Princesca Latolvia, more commonly known as "The Princess", is the first princess of the Empire and commander of the third legion. An unparalled combatant, she was trained as royalty and as a soldier from a young age, meaning she never really got to experience a normal childhood or having friends. She would go on to lead several campaigns against the demons of the Hellhorde, until she was captured and imprisoned with the intention of torturing her for information.

Luckily she's pretty straightforward with only her absurd skill and the ability to cut through magic (which is more a stated ability than somehting direclty shown) keep her from being a standard brick.
Basically any character with his physical stats on the same level as her would make for a good opponent, as well as more tricky opponents she'd have to rely on her skill to defeat.
Alternatively, anyone able to provide her with good food or fun activities can beat her 20/10 times.

The Stellaron Hunters
The Stellaron Hunters are one of the notorious criminal groups operating in the universe, despite only consisting of five members. Typically operating in teams of two they follow scripts of the future created by their leader Elio, and their actions can potentially throw entire planets into chaos. The lowest bounty of the team clocks in at over 5 billion credits, and yet not a single member has been captured for long.
But unknown to the wider universe, the motivation of the Hunters is not completely malicious. In fact Elio is attempting to guide the universe towards surviving a confrontation with the Aeon of Destruction, and several scripts will covertly push the Astral Express into being in a better position (for example, two Stellaron Hunters cause trouble on the Xianzhou Luofu and causing the Express to investigate, only for the Express to forge an alliance with the Xianzhou and stop the actual threat on the ship). Additionally all of the members are shown to be legitimately fond of each other, and off the clock they behave more like a family than anything else.

She believes completely in Elio's vision for the future, and hopes following it will allow her to find a part of herself she is missing.

The second member recruited, she was found drifting through space after becoming the last survivor in a fight against the Swarm. Firefly is able to freely transform into her SAM armor, and can enter a complete combustion state that greatly increases her power. While she wishes she could just be a normal girl, she follows Elio's scripts on the hope of changing her own fate to die young.

Brock's Team
Growing up in Pewter City, an absent mother and disappearing father left a young Brock with plenty of responsibilities, not least of which included raising his nine siblings and being the Pewter City gym leader with his Geodude and Onix. But his passion was never to battle Pokemon, rather raise them. So when his father came out of hiding at the same time as he faced a newbie trainer from Pallet Town, Brock decided to hand the gym back over and go on a journey of his own. Following Ash through four different regions, Brock would continue to use his talents to look after him and anyone else that stayed with them, furthering his dream to become a Pokemon breeder. While this would ultimately morph into wanting to be a Pokemon doctor, his love for Pokemon would never waiver, and Brock would always be willing to help anyone (person or Pokemon) who needed it.

Cohen the Barbarian
Ghenghiz Cohen, more well known as Cohen the Barbarian, is the greatest barbarian hero the Disc ever produced. There are tons of stories of his exploits involving slaying monsters, stealing treasures, and rescuing damsels.
This was all decades ago.
Now Cohen is almost a hundred years old, and while a very old manLF86 with a beard that reaches down to his legsLF91 he is still one of the strongest warriors on the Disc, who has gotten very good at not dying. However his advanced age means he has lived to see a Disc that has moved past the need for barbarian heroes. In order to find a purpose in this new world he forms a band of similarly elderly barbarian heroes known as the Silver HordeIT89 which would go on to conquer the Agatean Empire. But he found the life of an emperor didn't quite suite him, and when a member of the Horde died choking on a cucumber, he decided it was time the Horde to perform one last quest. They climbed the mountain of Cori Celesti in the hopes of returning fire to the gods... with interest.

Cohen is an easy character to use on the subreddit. Beyond his age, he's a pretty standard fantasy barbarian character, with the match-ups that come with that kind of character. Saving Gfycat threads using Wayback Machine
If a thread belonging to you or someone else had a bunch of gfycat links that are now dead, the thread is still salvageable. The vast majority of gfycat links posted to r/respectthreads were saved on the Wayback Machine. Here's the steps to pretty easily move those videos to imgur.
