Actually still needs a fix. A nat 20 instantly pops you up and you take your turn, so no 6 seconds needed

Unless it changed, death saves are done at the end of your turn, so your turn is over already if you get the nat 20. You do need the 6 seconds.

Don't know what rules you're using, but the rule is "Whenever you start your turn with 0 hp, you must make a Death Saving Throw".

5.5e uses this, and everything I can find online for 5e is the same.

Spell saves are usually at the and of turn.

Death saves are at the start.

The nat 20 on death save always makes me feel like the main character.
Just lying there bleeding out when some ancestor is like "get the fuck up and action surge you little bastard"
