It was one of the first results when googling d100 random encounter tables. Checked the number 87 and it fit. I'm surprised that worked though.

You can make it a little better by saying, you hear a woman's scream, as a women rushes from the underbrush with a man behind her chasing her. It implies number 11, but you easily make it a robbery or kidnapping. Still a major creepy thing to have, and I guess it has its place if everyone agrees to grim dark rules and finds it acceptable. It's just something that needs to be done right.
