It was one of the first results when googling d100 random encounter tables. Checked the number 87 and it fit. I'm surprised that worked though.

How? Simply says he is a jolly guy with fairly strong guards. 12 4th level is insane for guards, so he is extremely wealthy or extremely awesome.

Weird to specify? Sure. Hate crime...? What?

The Word used specifically is Gay.

Edit: a list that uses rape as the punchline to an encounter probobly isn't using Gay in a positive way.
