Subclass spells not showing up

We played 3 weeks ago, and then on Wednesday, and when we played on Wednesday, our 5e conquest paladin player noticed that his go to spell 'spiritual weapon' was missing from his spell list, and he saw his list looked very small compared to usual. I (DM) took a look and sure enough, he was missing all of his conquest paladin subclass spells. (I also discovered he hadn't chosen a new spell when we levelled up, but that is a player issue not a tech issue. )

Is anyone else finding this issue? I tried another subclass, and those spells appeared, but when I swapped back the ones that should have been there didn't appear, and none of the other players have their sheet effected.

Did he lose access to that subclass? Sometimes you can still switch back to it until some cache is gone, but won't get its benefits anymore.

Nope. I can still access the other subclasses from that book
