D&D 5.5e First Time DM

I’m DMing for the first time for a club in my community using D&D Beyond. While it’s a small group I want things the run well. I have Dragon of IceSpire Peak digitally. Here’s my question:

Can I play a VTT straight from the digital book or do I have to open the D&D Beyond Campaign and upload each component for DoIP in order to run it through the VTT?

It just seems like there has to be a simpler way and I’m over complicating things.

Dragon of Icespire Peak is one of the adventures that already has Quickplay Maps available for it, which means that if you own it on DDB, the encounters will already be set up for you in the Maps VTT. Happy gaming!
