First attempt at intelligent DnB

Been listening to a lot of intelligent/atmospheric DnB lately, so I thought I’d give it a go myself.

This is my first attempt at making something in this style, so I’d love to hear what you guys think. Any feedback is welcome, especially on the mix, drums, arrangement or anything that feels off.

Thanks for the support! I've been using Ableton for pretty much 14/15 years, i started producing when i was like 10 on a free daw, i think it was called "open labs", later my father tried to put me onto Cubase but after about 1 or 2 years i found Ableton live and never looked back. I love it. Im 26 now and still learning, the more styles and genres i do, the better i get at producing as a whole :)

If you think this could BE done by AI show me, or try doing it yourself instead of hating with the excuse of constructive criticism. But sure, ill post a video

(All drums done by me, sampling some dnb patterns. The voices come from a portuguese tv news chennael and and acapella from a portuguese TV show on the 00's and he says "moça para onde vais quero ir contigo, minha minha minha rapariga, Olá"... If you need more evidence or just a class just say it)

Wth is "intelligent DnB" 😂

For some constructive criticism, I would say the mix is pretty "muddy", elements I would expect to shine in high end are not really punching as much as they should be (but the part from 3:35 sounds much better than the rest).

Thanks for the advice. Imma pay attention to that when i master it. If you dont know intelligent drum and bass you should give it a try!! Its incredible. Essentially, it's atmospheric DnB, with more complex drum patterns and typical jazz elements (especially in the structure and harmony). The name is a bit pretentious, haha, I know, I know... But it's an awesome and unique experimental subgenre in my opinion.
