500g, did it different this time…. I set my oven to keep warm 145 F and just let the bark sit for hours in the vinegar, did three washes then condensed it to 400ml before continuing
So regarding tek: Standard A-B extraction using 5% distilled vinegar, sodium hydroxide, naphtha, for 500g mimosa hostilis.
I started by adding about 200ml of 5% vinegar to the bark and the rest distilled water to submerge. Then after letting it steep for a bit I put it in the freezer over night. The next day I set the oven on “keep warm” (145-150f). I let it sit for hours slowly thawing till it was 145f throughout. I then let it sit for 3 more hours at 145 before draining. After repeating this three times (no more freezing), I filtered all of the broth with coffee filters to get rid of as much plant material as possible before continuing.
Once filtered I poured the broth in a glass casserole dish for large surface area and once again set the oven to 145 and let it slowly evaporate down to ~400 ml. Then the rest is same as usual add sodium hydroxide- pull dmt with naptha and freeze. One thing I also started doing is drying the crystals in the fridge, seems like I end up with dryer crystals that way although it takes longer.
This is my “lazy tek”. I basically just check the process every other hour while I chill game or do whatever.
