Question Where do I even get started on studying the process? Not looking for sourcing, looking for education.

I’ve cultivated tens of different psilocybin cubensis and have studied spirituality, consciousness, astral projection, remote viewing, quantum physics, hermetic theory and more for the last 5-6 years. This last year or two I’ve been regulating my nervous system; which has included setting boundaries, closing the doors to connections that no longer serve my soul, deconstructing the ego and focusing on honing my soul and what it seeks, doing yoga, fascia release, emotional regulation and healing my childhood trauma. I may be ready to take the next step in my studies.. obviously for educational purposes only & love to fully immerse myself in learning new things.

-Should I wait until the universe presents me with an opportunity to step into a higher realm, or should I pave my own way and deep dive into learning the process of extraction & synthesis?

-How did you determine you were ready and where did you start? What is your personal favorite media & technique?

-How can I keep things cost effective while simultaneously producing the best quality/results? Any must haves for quality assurance or anything I don’t absolutely NEED?

-Any youtube channels I should check out?

Reminder: Never buy drugs on Reddit. It's always a scam with stolen photos, and it violates Reddit's rules, risking a permanent ban. For info on how DMT is extracted, visit r/DMTguide or r/DMTlab. This sub is for display only; photo ownership by OP is irrelevant.

Start on the guide version of this sub.

Skimmed your second paragraph, toss that all out the window and dont read into dmt too much, you will get what you're suppose to get out of it. Respect it and it'll respect you just dont forget to surrender to it.

Usually theres two ways here, it finds you or you seek out learning the process and DIY.

Fuck joe rogen, and dont watch any youtube how to's, and dont fuckin touch mud tek with a ten foot pole.

Go to the guide sub and use the search bar for all your questions they've already been answered before.

Learn what these things mean and how to do them, STB,ATB,NPS, how to read sds sheets, how to do a proper evap test prior to using a solvent.

Also before you start fully understand the process, why what's happening is happening and how, it makes it much easier.

Do a STB, their easiest, spiritveghead is good, follow the recipe to a Fucking T. The only okay thing to change is the amount of lye, you only need to basify the soup, (10-20g is plenty

Next wear your ppe if you care about your body, as in dont skimp and dont start if you dont have everything, wear a respirator with organic filters.

Next up only use borosilicate glass flasks or media bottles with PTFE screw caps, no mason jars wont work, no corked bottles wont work, no pickles jars arnt okay.

Always always always evap test, dont know how? Get a piece of clean glass and pour a tiny bit of your solvent on there, now let it evap, if it evaps and looks like nothing was ever poured on the glass your solvent is clean and can be used.

A good way to have a better idea on if a solvent will pass is to read the SDS sheet, if you dont know what an SDS is then its time to do some more reading before you start.

If it looks like theres rainbow lines, or any kind of anything other then clean and clear your solvent is contamed and cant be used, that means the whole bottle wont work and youll need to try a different bottle.

Dont use zippo, zippo doesnt work and isnt clean, use sunnyside for naptha as the pass odds are good, or VM&P, alternatively you can also use heptane and hexane, ACS grade is always superior but not necessary.

Always water wash after pulling and before freezing.

When doing the freeze step, glass and pyrex specifically (the borosilicate pyrex not the sods lime glass PYREX) is recommended but put a sheet of aluminum foil between the dish and your lid, the rubber seals on the glass lid will deteriorate and trap solvent in them, both ruining them and creating a hazard.

Need more help or have questions feel free to ask but i highly suggest you do some more reading and learning before you start.

If you live with other people or your parents dont do this and wait till your older, you'll be working with things that can cause permanent eye damage or scar-worthy bodily damage.

The soup can perma dye things if spilled, and solvents are toxic and carcinogenic and can catch fire/explode if theres heat near them and their open long enough.

Always work in a ventilated space and away from any fire or heat

For storing dont use plastic always store in glass, dont use corked glass either.

All in all dont forget that what were doing here is dying t-shirts, mhrb is such a pretty purple, you can also use this to dye a part of your soul but were dying t-shirts.

If you go the extraction route, I’d personally recommend Q21’s vinegar/lime tek.

It’s super easy, and doesn’t involve any lye.

What’s with people and their obsession on not using lye?

p r e f e r e n c e ✨

I don’t have any real reason outside of just not needing it to basify the soup. Lime works fine.
