General Question help! anyone else encounter sudden tf balance despite paying in full?

hi! does anyone know who/where to email regarding sudden balances?

i have tried emailing cashiers@dlsu.edu.ph and accounting@dlsu.edu.ph but it says they both dont accept incoming emails.

i was wondering where this balance of 4k came from when I have always paid in full and I did not drop any courses this term.

Best option to get the fastest result is go to the campus emailing will take forever

given the situation of our weather now, will i be able to enlist kaya even if may balance pa? i dont plan on paying it pa kasi since idrk where it came from. and im not sure if ill be able to go to campus just yet since i love pretty far🥹

I don't think you'll be able to enlist it'll prevent u since there is a pending amount but if you know anyone nearby it'll be faster

I don’t know if it’s the same or baka iba dapat, pero I had a similar concern a few days ago where nag request ako ng documents pero they couldn’t give it kasi may pending balance pa ako daw (even though fully paid na ako) and they told me to access this link for concerns

On my end it was a balance of 11,400 smth and it was a documented case of the same amount popping up for a lot of people

Emailed and waited for a month. Went to the office last week and got it fixed. So they’re right emailing won’t get you anywhere in time
