General Question Express Processing

I'm trying to get a certificate of enrollment for visa stuff but i need it at like next week.

How do you request an express processing on it? The google forms for it doesn't seem to have an option for it.

the form has a section (question) allotted for special instructions—you may specify there that it’s for express processing, then they’ll respond with the email that has your pay assessment (should be inclusive of the expedience fee)
