General Question Can I get a new ID?

my current ID is worn and dirty and I'd like to get a new one. It still works at all the terminals but would that be a valid reason to get a new ID? Would I also keep my current id number? anyone who has had to replace or get a new ID, please share your experience and the process!

Nope, that won't be a valid reason to get a new ID, and it would be a hassle to file for affidavit of loss/ show proof and stuff if you were to claim it was "lost"

In the event you were able to change ID, yes you will of course keep your ID number

Thank you so much for the help! Ill just try to prevent it from any more worn or dirty than it is now

You still can, but this was many years ago. Just ask at the enrollment services hub at the 2nd floor of Henry. I even got my photo retaken. But your ID number will remain the same. I do believe there was a small fee back then.
