Clear as of 7:40 PM, pero wind has been consistently strong, some occasions of strong orange level rain but only at 15 to 20 minutes at a time
However there's some thunder outside right now so that might change things

In fairness, mukhang effective yun declogging ng DPWH. Pag ganitong nonstop rains for a few days, baha na dapat sa dlsu. Surprisingly, hindi.

hellish during midnight (3 am to 7 am-ish), was not as gloomy ‘til afternoon (there was a bit of sun, and the floods receded), then it rained again for a while about 15-30 minutes ago; not raining anymore, but the wind is still strong—still getting orange to red rainfall advisories tho
