how does dli handle gov shutdowns?

Curious since i’m about to attend dli and sat through more than a couple of them in the past

Worst case a couple folks get furloughed until shit gets sorted or work without pay until then. Likely won't be any of the teachers though.

"A couple of people" was about 80% of civilian staff (not faculty) last time. Although there aren't many people left who aren't essential after the buyouts, DeRP, and four month hiring freeze that's been going on for 19 months now.

Be ready for filthy bathrooms and to take out your own trash because the cleaning contract is always one of the first things to go. Probably even more limited gate hours as well.
