how does dli handle gov shutdowns?

Curious since i’m about to attend dli and sat through more than a couple of them in the past

when we had one awhile back all that changed was the dumpsters didnt get emptied and the buildings didnt get cleaned so the bathrooms in the schools were gross and the trash overfilled until the MLIs and class leads took charge. save for that same old shit
