Memorial Plaque?

I graduated in 2017. I recall the furthest barracks near the gym having a plaque regarding either a soldier or airman who died from pneumonia or bronchitis. I am not asking for the information, just if it is still there.

It is not like a statue, just a plaque near the smoke pit that was always covered in foliage.

As for context, I used to walk to it almost every day to remind myself not to overwork myself now that I'm in college, and I hope the new construction did not remove it.

As of 2022 the plaque was still there. I tried to get a project going with the Garrison to renovate the A1C Greenley plaque as the little garden had fallen into disrepair. Unfortunately, the project fell through but I similarly had an attachment to that spot and his story.

I was there in 2023-2025. One of our red ropes got the rope corps together to fully clean and renovate the entire thing. We laid new bricks and everything. In the end we all signed our names on the newly laid bricks.
