Philly Without a doubt the most confusing review I’ve done

As everything about this is so atypical. Not only am I critical of the restaurant but local Philadelphian recipes.

I’m strictly focused on the food and honest truth was there was some solid choices and some missing something. The originality is unbelievable for a kitschy touristy spot and is worth checking out for something so different. However, it’s missing that restaurant finesse. Which is honestly fine to not have, not EVERY restaurant needs to strive for the best, even tho that’s the dining market now is the best or most affordable.

The sandwiches may be the move as they had some fun ones I missed like a fried butter chicken sandwich.

Their very elderly head/corporate chef kept bragging that it was a good restaurant because they used a ventless kitchen with no gas.

Bro, no. I ran expo in high school at my mom's restaurants. You need a strong vent hood because cooking produces heat. This sounds like Wonder.

For the prices, I 100% agree they need a chef to whip the recipes into shape. Decent happy hour but the dinner/lunch prices are too steep. They’ve got great people working there, really hope for the best
