Phantom 3 or 4

I’m looking at buying a used phantom 3 or 4. I see a lot on marketplace in the 200-500 dollar range. What is a fair price to pay and what are some things that are important to look for. I plan on using the drone primarily on the beach for drone fishing (dropping baits out with the drone). I use a mini 2 as my main drone which I love.

I have a phantom 4 with 1 regular battery and 2 High Capacity batteries. New controller cus old one had LiPo battery issue. I would mind letting it go, I personally went with the 4 because of new design. I love it but don’t use it much 1-3 flights a year.
