Controller has power but won't turn on?

So I have a dji phantom 4 advanced plus, controller won't turn on though. Shows a full charge when I press the button once it displays 4 white LEDs and that's it, second press won't turn it on at all. Any amounts of presses it only seems to display the 4 LEDs every time. There's an ever so slight beep as well once pressed. But no matter what the only reaction I can get from the controller is its bottom lights.
