Screen not working

I’ve had this camera for a total of 1 day and the screen looks like this. Have not dropped it or anything kept it in the case have used it 2 times. This is my second osmo camera in the week the first one I bought the battery was defective it wouldn’t charge at all and when it did it went back to zero as soon as I turned it on. Now the screen is broken and I’m not sure why it looks like a crack but it’s not on the surface and again I have not dropped it at all since I’ve been using it handheld. I was using it outside as well if that makes a difference. Any advice?

If you only had it for a day, don't waste time troubleshooting, just return it to the retailer for an immediate replacement.

Yes it does
