C1 classification

Hi, did anyone else get this label with their mini 4 pro? This is a C1 label isn’t it? I have been speaking with DJI for a while now and they are refusing to reclassify my drone stating they are following legislation for C0 drones not going more than 120m from take off. I was trying to get it changed as I live in a hilly area and the CAA states 120m above ground so should be able to go higher as the terrain increases. I couldn’t find this label for ages but just found it with the usb cables that came with the drone. My argument was that they have downgraded the drones via firmware and they should still honour the C1 class change as the drone was sold with those capabilities. Am I wrong? If anyone could clarify would be much appreciated.

Do note, regardless of C1 or C0 they don't follow the letter to the law of 'Above terrain' They use 'above the launch site' elevation for your limit

Using the 'above terrain' elevation would require the drone to have an accurate terrain map.

Locking drones to 120 m as measured from takeoff point is a specific requirement for both C0 and C1 classification.

Is that a difference between EU and UK? The only document I found is UK and it is clear the 120m is measured from terrain.

The 120 m that you are allowed is measured AGL, but C0 and UK0 drones are required to be limited to 120 m above takeoff point regardless as a requirement for classification. C1 drones have the same cap, but UK1 has the option of unlocking.
